After the material is reacted in the reaction tank, it is sent to the storage tank and quantitatively sent to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying tower through a quantitative pump (screw pump). The material liquid enters the high-speed rotating centrifugal mistAfter the atomization, the liquid material is ejected from the grooves around the atomization disc at a high-speed centrifugal force tangent. Thus, the material liquid is formed into a fine mist, and natural air is forced into the air heater (electric heating, steam heater, thermal oil heater, natural gas (oil, coal) hot blast stove) through a fan to heat the air to the desired drying temperature. The heated air is sent through a pipeline to the volute shaped hot air distributor at the top of the drying tower, forming a spiral shaped hot air that blows down from the center of the atomizer hole. A spiral downward wind direction is formed inside the cylinder, and the mist like material liquid is fully in contact, thereby achieving the drying of the material liquid. The dried material liquid is mixed into solid powder products in the waste heat air, and is brought into the cyclone dust collector (or bag filter) for gas-solid separation by the waste heat air. The air inlet device adopts the snail shell air inlet technology, and the size ratio of the snail shell is derived from Danish technology, which has good uniform air effect, large wind direction spiral force, easy adjustment, and can prevent wall sticking phenomenon.

The inlet volute hot air distributor can be freely adjusted both inside and outside, and the direction of the hot air can be adjusted according to the direction of the mist particles, which is conducive to controlling the wall sticking phenomenon of materials.

We adopt multiple protective measures for the centrifugal atomizer, and have online display of the working condition of the lubricating oil and sound and light alarms, which enhances the safety of the centrifugal atomizer and greatly avoids the phenomenon of atomizer bearings burning out (or even spindle burning out) due to operational errors.

Based on the characteristics of the product, we will also flexibly adjust the equipment configuration (such as the air-cooled product cooling system, product cold air wall protection, product secondary drying system, etc.) to make it more suitable for the drying of this product.

The centrifugal nozzle bearing adopts high-speed bearings imported from Germany, with low maintenance rate, and the shaft is made of high alloy material with high strength.

The water foam dust removal adopts the Wen's washing method. The equipment features: water can be fully atomized in the air, fully in contact with the air, and the dust removal efficiency is high, reaching over 99%. An efficient gas water separation device is also installed inside the device, which absolutely ensures that there is no water entrainment in the exhaust gas. The washing water is pollution-free and can be directly recovered and sprayed dry.
